Site-Visit at The LNU:

During your stay at our headquarter in Vienna, you will have the opportunity to attend exciting lectures by top managers from the fields of corporates banking and security. If you are interested in a career at Bank Austria, you are invited to learn more about current job offers in the Q&A area and exchange ideas with the HR-team. In addition to small treats and drinks, you have to chance to attend a short tour through the building and get to know more about your future workplace.

Internships:

Would you like to gain practical experience alongside your studies, or do you need to complete a mandatory internship? UniCredit Bank Austria offers you insights into one of the most capital-capitalized major banks in Austria.
With us, you can get to know different areas of the banking world, put your expertise into practice and work with experts. Depending on your education and interests, you will get to know various activities either in a branch or in an internal department. We offer you insights to the extent of at least 3 to a maximum of 6 months, to the extent of hours of at least 25 hours per week.

Graduate Programm:

Do you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree? Would you like to help shape the bank and make things happen? Are you open-minded, inquisitive and perhaps even want to take on leadership responsibility in the medium term? Then apply for the subject area that appeals to you the most. If you are successful in the hiring process, you can expect a defined target position that will guide your 12-month modular training.

Your manager, who also acts as your mentor, and a Generation Lead will support you in designing your individual development plan with training, experiential stays in the most important banking areas, rotations and project work in your target area.
